THE HYBRID HOME OPTIONS

The HYBRID HOME has been designed as an affordable housing unit - not a cheap housing solution. We are able to TAILOR A PACKAGE TO SUIT YOUR BUDGET.

We initially offer a STANDARD housing unit at 17,600 Euros and this can be increased in size to suit your needs. With the basic offer, we include Erecting, External Cavity Walls, Roof Heat Barriers, Finished Roof and Plasterboard Interior c/w Vapour Barriers. The basic model also comes with insulation in the Roof-space, Floors and Walls.

The base price does not include cosmetic finishes such as Eaves and Soffits, Skirting Boards and Architraves, and these can be added by the buyer or we can supply a separate price for including any such item.

The HYBRID HOME is a permanent residence and is ideal for those on a fixed budget as the price we quote is the final sum you pay. The only time there is any increase on the original sum is by agreement with our client and this is always confirmed in writing prior to action which prevents any nasty surprises on completion of the job.

Our basic price leaves your new home ready for occupation although any Plumbing and Electrics are not included in the basic package, but can be quoted for, once we know exactly what you want.

OUR AIM is to get you into your new home on time and on budget, and below is a list of additions available to our basic package.

1. Increase widths and lengths by multiples of 1.2m
2. Increase Internal dividing walls by 1.00m ( lin) units
3. Supply/Fix Eaves, Facias and Soffits.
4. Supply and fix all internal Mouldings, Skirting Boards and Architrave.
5. Electrical and Plumbing Installation.
6. Internal Wall Timber Finish.
7. External Wall Brick or Block and Render Finish.
8. Extended Eaves to Form Patio Cover.
9. Extra Doors and Windows.
10. Supply and Fit Internal Doors and Frames.
11. Tiling to Floors and Bathroom Walls.
12. Supply and fit Patios and/or Balconies.
