Specification for the Standard Hybrid Home Package
Base: Sole Plate 140mm x 39mm CLS Kiln Dried, Stress Graded and Vac- Vac Treated. Ring Beamed with 140mm x 39mm Pine Floor Joists CLS Kiln Dried, Stress Graded and Vac- Vac Treated. The whole floor is also under-drawn with Plywood and DPM. 28kg Rockwool Flexi insulation is inserted between the joists. The floor joists will be over-laid with 22mm T &G Pine Boards.
Walls: 89mm x 39mm CLS Kiln Dried, Stress Graded and Vac- Vac Treated studs @ 600mm centres bound with 9mm OSB stiffener sheathing. The Cavity side will be covered in Tyvec breather membrane. Externally the walls will be battened with 50mm x 25mm treated lath horizontally and counter-battened to provide 50mm free air cavity. The standard external wall is 12mm Pine interlocked T & G.
Internally the walls will be insulated with 100mm Rockwool Flexi, with a vapour barrier installed on the "warm side" and this is clad with 12.5mm plasterboard. Ceilings are also insulated with 100mm Rockwool, vapour barrier and 12.5mm plasterboard. Joints taped and filled by clients.
Roof is a traditionally constructed component with a 150mm x 50mm ridge beam and 140mm x 39mm rafters. This is over-laid with Spacetherm reflective heat-barrier. The whole is then finished with tile shingle effect or local tile/slate. Internally the standard price allows for 12 linear meters of Partition walls 89mm x 39mm this is then insulated plaster-boarded and both sides. The buyer can choose the internal layout, and extra internal dividing walls can be purchased per linear metre.
A set of French doors and 2 Windows (white upvc) each 1m x 1m with opener, all double glazed, with an option of Aluminium Wood finish or Mahogany available. Buyer's can increase window numbers and sizes as required.

Because we want to offer this system at a very affordable price, we are initially offering a STANDARD entry level unit of 34m².
The overall size: 7.2 m x 4.8 m. This can be increased in multiples of 1.2m on length and/or width. It is possible therefore to supply bespoke unit to clients own specification at a sensible cost.
The base unit cost erected on your site as the above spec is AS LOW AS 17,650 Euros plus delivery and taxes applicable in the country of sale.
