THE HYBRID HOME OPTIONS

The HYBRID HOME has been designed as an affordable housing unit - not a cheap housing solution. We are able to TAILOR A PACKAGE TO SUIT YOUR BUDGET.

Our self-build housing kits start at 15,500 Euros and can be increased in size and internal layout to suit your needs.

With the basic offer, we include External Cavity Walls, Roof Heat Barriers, Finished Roof and Plasterboard Interior c/w Vapour Barriers. The basic model also comes with insulation in the Roof-space, Floors and Walls. Details of the basic kit is shown.

BASIC KIT CONSISTS OF:
  1. Floor Cassettes 140mm x 39mm CLS KD C16 Vac-Vac treated
  2. Flooring Grade Chipboard (V313) Treated
  3. 140mm Rockwool Insulation
  4. External Walls 140mm x 39mm CLS KD C16 Vac-Vac treated
  5. 9mm OSB Stiffener Board overlaid with Tyvec Breather Paper
  6. Battened and Counter Battened Externally (If cladding is specified)
  7. 140mm Insulation to Walls
  8. Vapour Barriers to all External Walls
  9. Internal Dividing Walls 89mm x 39mm CLS KD C16 Vac-Vac treated
  10. 100mm Rockwool Insulation
  11. Roof Ridge Beam as specified by designer
  12. Common Rafters or Trussed Rafters as specified
  13. Isobubble Heat Barrier
  14. 140mm Rockwool Insulation Loose/Installed (Delete as required)
  15. Roof Shingles (Unless other cover is requested)
  16. Erecting and Installing all above
The base price does not include cosmetic finishes such as Eaves and Soffits, Skirting Boards and Architraves, and these can be added by the buyer or we can supply a separate price for including any such item.

The HYBRID HOME is a permanent residence and is ideal for those on a fixed budget as the price we quote is the final sum you pay. The only time there is any increase on the original sum is by agreement with our client and this is always confirmed in writing prior to action which prevents any nasty surprises on completion of the job.

Our basic price leaves your new home ready for occupation although any Plumbing and Electrics are not included in the basic package, but can be quoted for, once we know exactly what you want.
